    • Farmer/Cattleman (282-13) source indicates Henry was a Judge. I have not researched thismyself yet. 1796 appointed to review a new road's location (282-13) 1798 apointed to inventory and estate (282-13) Jan 1799 purchased Washington Co KY land, sold it right beforehis death in 29 Aug 1834 (282-14) Feb 1799 recorded his cattle earmark (282-13) Henry Pirtle in Capt Mordecai Lincoln's Co, ca 1800, (282-12)but is this Henry Jr instead? Other dates for d given as 12 Feb 1832 (35-D, 282-16), but thiscannot be since he sold land in Aug 1834 (282-14). Another dategiven as 12 Sep 1834 (17-H) is probably closer to the mark His will dated 12 Feb 1832 (signed by mark), proven 22 Sep 1834(282-15) In it, he freed his slave Jemima
