- == Biography ==Pheobe was born about 1759. She was the daughter of [[Head-1103|Anthony Head]] and [[Garvin-286|Mary Garvin]]. She passed away in 1853.
She married Samuel Livingston on 7 Sep 1779 in Washington County, VA - their children were James, Jesse, Anthony, Caherine, William, Susannah, Samuel, Joseph & Henry Livingston
On 27 Jan 1809, her husband Samuel is listed in a register of Applications and Permissions for a 160 acre tract at Flint River in Madison Co., AL. In 1810 they paid taxes in Madison County. They acknowledged a deed to Perry Flint in Madison Co. on 16 Oct 1818. They were in Morgan Co., AL on 17 Oct 1826 when a deed was conveyed by them to James L. Smith. Samuel was enumerated in the 1830 Census.
Samuel's Revolutionary War pension was granted in Morgan Co., AL where he appeared on 22 Nov 1832 when he was 74 years old.
He died on 6 Oct 1834. In 1850 Phebe/Phoebe was 89 and living with Samuel and Francis Livingston. She died on 9 Jan 1853 in Lawrence Co., AL. Both are buried at Old Enon Baptist Cemetery near Danville, Lawrence, AL
