==Biography ==Alice de Bohun, daughter of Humphrey de Bohun, Knt., and his wife Maud of Eu, married Roger de Toeni.Douglas Richardson. Royal Ancestry: A Study in Colonial and Medieval Families, 5 vols, ed. Kimball G. Everingham (Salt Lake City: the author, 2013), volume I, pages 410-413 BOHUN 6. They had two children: Alice and Ralph. Alice, living in 1255 (when their son and heir was born), died before 1264 (when Roger died, leaving a widow named Isabel). Alice was buried in Llanthony Abbey outside Gloucester.Richardson, Royal Ancestry, V:174-175 TONY 8.

===Parentage===: Alice de Bohun, "daughter of Humphrey de Bohun, Knt., Earl of Hereford and Essex, by his 1st wife, Maud, daughter of Raoul (or Ralph) d'Exoudun (or d'Issoudun), Count of Eu", was born about 1238.Estimated Birth Year: Based on her husband's birth in 1235 and their marriage agreement dated 30 June 1239 (Richardson, Royal Ancestry, V:174-175 TONY 8), about 1238 puts her about 3 years younger than her husband and 6-18 months old at the time of the agreement.

=== Marriage ===: Roger de Tony, son of Ralph de Tony, Knt. and Pernel, daughter of Walter de Lacy, Knt. by Margaret, daughter of William de Brewes,Richardson, Royal Ancestry, V:173 TONY 7. was born about 29 September 1235 (minor in 1251, came of age in 1256). Alice's maritagium included the manors of Newton Tony and East Coulston, Wiltshire. Roger and Alice de Bohun were married by agreement dated 30 June 1239.

===Issue===: Roger and Alice had one son, Ralph, born 1255,Richardson, Royal Ancestry, V:175-176 TONY 9. and one daughter, Alice.*Ralph de Tony, Knt, married Mary _____*Alice de Tony, married Walter de Beauchamp, Knt., of Alcester, Warwickshire

=== Death and Burial ===: 1255, Alice (de Bohun) de Tony is living.Douglas Richardson. Magna Carta Ancestry: A Study in Colonial and Medieval Families, 4 vols, ed. Kimball G. Everingham, 2nd edition (Salt Lake City: the author, 2011), volume IV, pages 200-201 TONY 3.
: At her death Alice was buried in Llanthony Abbey outside Gloucester. That would be Llanthony Secunda, a daughter cell of Llanthony Priory in the Black Mountains, Wales, founded about 1135.Richardson (Royal Ancestry, V:174 TONY 8) says only "Llanthony Abbey outside Gloucester". "Secunda" was added without a source. According to Wikipedia, they are two different places, both "outside Gloucester" in what is now Monmouthshire, Wales.* Llanthony Secunda (lists her father Humphrey de Bohun as buried there, but without a source citation; accessed 13 August 2019)

: Roger de Tony married (2nd), after 1255, Isabel _____. Roger died "shortly before 12 May 1264"; that same year, "the inhabitants of Flamstead, Hertfordshire, complained to the king of the oppression of his widow Isabel...." Isabel was alive in 1270.
